Who we are
Iceland Elevated offers private super jeep tours and super jeep lease in Iceland. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at info@icelandelevated.is or +354 777-9899.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry through our website we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred dates, number of guests, pick-up location, company name and your message. We use this only to reply to you and arrange your tour or lease. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Enquiries are stored in our Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Sheets). We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and booking, and as required by Icelandic accounting law if you book with us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Website analytics and cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors use our website – for example which pages are viewed and how people find us. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*. We do not use advertising or personalisation cookies.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as that a page was loaded) without identifiers. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our home page.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Other services
- Hosting: our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.
- Fonts: our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@icelandelevated.is to use these rights.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority, Persónuvernd (personuvernd.is).
